I don't know what you mean. Do you mean to construct a sign language that has 
some of Lojban's features, such as unambiguous grammar and predicates with 
arbitrarily many sumti? Do you know the differences between sign languages? 
All I know is some smatterings of Ameslan (which I intend to teach my kids).
