[lojban] Work needed: TWiki move.

The old TWiki was taken down due to redundancy and security issues,
but there's still a *lot* of files in there we'd like to have moved
to the current Wiki.

I'd *love* to give someone a zip of this stuff and some instructions
and have them upload it all.  Between the BPFK and my secretarial
duties, I really don't have the time.
