That's certainly how I use it.  Howevery, it's orthogonal to the
point: lo botpi be fo zi'o is not a botpi, because all places are
equal.  It's something else.  lo julne be fi zi'o is not a julne,
and so on.  Similarily, defining a brivla without defining a place
structure is meaningless.
