Thank you.  I actually wouldn't mind the header if the message was in
fact spam, but a header giving the reasons why something *isn't* spam,
along with a preview of the message that's reformatted into
illegibility, plus its double appearance, overflowed my
silent-tolerance limits. 

In response to your other message, it turns out that I can set my
email reader to ignore headers, although it isn't entirely easy to do
so.
