[lojban] Re: Lojban Masters Thesis Project



That is it indeed (I see I misspelled it, aUI it
should be).  It seems to have come a long way in
support since the days when little was known
about it outside of Iowa (I wrote a Loglan paper
about it while I was hibernating in Iowa City
about 1980 -- never published).  It is an a
priori language in the fine old tradition of Sir
Thomas Urqhart and Rabelais inter alia, though
more pronounceable than theirs.  Most Lojban
gismu translate (if at all -- I never worked some
out and that was for Loglan) to about seven
syllables as I recall.
