After some more attempts, tests, etc. I figured out what happened. The
command prompt was not accepting anything that does not come from the system
path. If I try to change it in the command window, it only changes it inside
the VM, thus it continued bringing the same error. Then, I cheated. I copied
all of the software to a folder that's already in the system path and
problem solved.
