This is only my opinion:
I think that Lojban, this the language of programming the ultra of
high level. As description API level. Which still must be realized for
example on Lisp. But in Lisp only this idea of quotient in the form of
fraction. This is base level of Lisp. But additional functions will be
carried into the libraries,  about which to speak early, IMHO.
