[lojban] Re: fu'ivla

Someplace there are lsits of correspondences for
Lojban and most major writing systems, certainly
for Cyrillic (I'm not sure about Glagolithic)
including the variants for languages other than
Russian, but also Greek, Devanagari, Hebrew and
Arabic and -- God help us! -- Elvish.  The Lojban
alphabet is only formally American (that is basic
Latin), in content it is probably unique (or
closer to Esperanto) given the rather unamerican
meanings of /c/, /j/, /y/ and /x/.  As for the
whole project being Americanized, well, it has
been American from the get-go but has
systematically tried to get away from that.  What
will complete that move to a more international
base is exactly having people like you -- not at
all American -- parrticiapte actively.  And call
us out if we slide too far back into out cultural
roots.
