In some cases, IE (and *ONLY* IE) does this. I think only IE on
Win2K, as well. And not all the time. And only in the Simple CSS
style.
The work-around is to change your Style. In the left hand bar, look
for something that says "Style: simple.css". Just below that is a
dropdown box. Pick something else. neat, moreneat, and smartiki
are all popular.
