[lojban] X1 is X2 by definition.

Hello,

do you know whether there is a special selbri to make
definition in lojban (I belive it is). For example I
want to say that X1 is something (having some
properties) by definition. Or, on another words,
everything that have the mentioned properties is X1
(by definition).
