That's a great idea. I would certainly like to publish PDFs of texts such as {le selmacygu'e} in such a font. I have software that might to usable to create an attractive font in that way. If so, I'll make the font file available from a link on the wiki under a Creative Commons license. Can you go to http://www.messyboard.org/netmouse/ and draw some of the ligatures you had in mind?
