Whatever does "sense" have to do with good logotype design?

Very interesting. I find the colors of the former far too saturated and 
primary. It looks like an airplane company logo from the 1960s. I 
suggest some pastels in one range of the color spectrum, such as green 
and a blue. The latter is positively creepy. I like it very much!
