That's correct. But notice that gismu and lujvo include stress
as part of their definition. {setcati} cannot be read as {setca ti},
it is necessarily {se tcati}, because of the penultimate stress.
And you know that the "a" there is stressed because of the
space (or end of text) after {setcati}.

No, because the "e" of {menli} is not stressed, so it is
just part of a fu'ivla. No gismu there.

White space is optional as long as stress is indicated,
otherwise, the white space at the end of a brivla is
itself the indicator of stress and can't be omitted. That's
why I said {lekomEnlibazimakcu} was also a possibility.
