I say {stra,i} is not a valid fu'ivla, but {stra,e} is, because {stra,i} is
the same as {strai} which is one syllable, but {strae} has to be pronounced
with at least two syllables.
I think that strings of three vowels, two adjacent of which are {ii} or {uu},
should be disallowed in brivla, but now that I've seen {BEouulf}, I think
this should not apply to cmene.
