In an addendum to last year's consonant cluster discussion, I offer this
note from Wikipedia on the Georgian Language:

"The language contains some formidable consonant clusters, as may be
seen in words like /gvprtskvni/ ("You peel us") and /mtsvrtneli/
("trainer")."
