The hard concepts are "budget" and "inflation". A budget is a plan to pay
something, so {lejyselpla}. Inflation is a decrease in the value of money,
but you'd have to adjust even if it increased, so it's a variation in the
value of money, {dinvamtercne}. So {ko'a brarai lo dinvamtercne nalselstika
lejyselpla lo'i skina} (or is it {...fo lo'i skina}?). Not so big after all.
Btw, {kong} means that the "g" is pronounced. If it isn't, it's {kon}.
