[lojban] Ideas for jboselkei

These features will be added in the nearest version of jsk:

1. Two separate dfty spans for translating and reviewing;
2. Seaching for words in English and Lojban;
3. Abandoning a translation without improving it;

As for word frequency report, it is a bit early to introduce such
feature, IMHO, since the sample is too small.
