{mi bevri} is a bridi "I carry (something somewhere etc.)"

{nu} converts a bridi into a selbri:
{nu mi bevri} is "x1 is an event of me carrying (something somewhere etc.)"

{lo} converts this selbri into a sumti:
{lo nu mi bevri} is "the event of my carrying (something somewhere etc.)"

The structure is: {lo [nu (mi bevri /vau/) /kei/] /ku/}

Ah. I thought that it was doing the pe "wedge" thing:

lo bevri pe mi
lo mi bevri
lo bevri pe numi
lo numi bevri

I thought that {nu} converted to a sumti, and not a selbri. Whoops.

So:

[lo ro mapku]* [cu melbi] gi'e ku'i []* [du'emei] [do'e lo nu mi bevri]

so {lo ro mapku} is melbi and du'emei...

du'emei = x1 is a set with too many members x2

x1 being {lo ro mapku}
x3 that is added ({do'e}) being {lo nu mi bevri}, "the event of my
carrying something".

Why is {lo ro mapku} being converted into a set, while {ro lo mapku} isn't?
