[lojban] LojGloss update

LojGloss now supports inline glossing, similar to what jbovlaste does
in "simplified" (columnar) output. But not as sophisticated. It also
has links to jbovlaste now. (I eventually want to display actual
dynamically-loaded jbovlaste data on the same page, but that's for
later.)

Let's call this 1.3.
