That would be great, but I really doubt that will be ever made.

What special end-user features/functions has jbovlaste, except for searching gloss Lojban and natlang words?

Of course, because this program isn't a Unicode one. Its codepage is 1251. I had the same situation with old Chinese software on my PC, where hanzi showed like a mess of russian letters and symbols.
