Everybody who hopes to or might attend the Lojban Fest at Philcon,

Your suggestions and contributions are welcome. I expect this draft
schedule to change once we know important things, like what Philcon's
program schedule is. u'i There are certain other aspects which are
also up in the air. In the meantime I'm looking into it!
