To be precise:
le stedu be mi cu kelvo du'eda
-> du'e da zo'u le stedu be mi cu kelvo da
x1 kelvo x2 means x1 is x2 kelvins in temperature, thus
"There are too many numbers which are the temperature of my head."

What you mean is "The temperature of my head is too much." x2 is a number, and
du'e is a number, so you want du'e as a number, converted to a sumti, thus li
du'e.
