No. {pei} is a cmavo, which happens to resemble the rafsi of {pensi}. 
Similarly {gau}, {bau}, and several others. But {poi} is a relative 
conjunction, not the preposition corresponding to {porsi}, which is {po'i}, 
which sounds like the rafsi for {porpi}. And {mupli} has two cmavo in 
different selma'o: {mu'a}, a discursive, and {mu'u}, a preposition; and no 
CVV rafsi.
