[lojban] Experimental gismu

Aha! I scored it with the assumption it was a mistake, and that the
user intended some other gismu.

I've often heard unused valid gismu space described as "sacred",
"forbidden", and in all other ways inducing the anger of those who are
in the know. If I had known the user was intentionally invading it, I
would have scored it lower. But in the eyes of the Lojban community,
what's the status of "experimental" gismu in actual usage?
