[lojban] Big Red Book still available?

I am going to order two copies. The last time I ordered it, I paid double and
obtained it many months later (actually, I had problems balancing my checkbook
because they didn't even cash the check for a long time). This time, I again
intend to pay a fair amount more than the asking price. Hopefully, it will
arrive in a reasonable time. I trust Robin to do this right.
