[lojban] What is the tiger called?

This came up on Wikipedia (http://jbo.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:tirxu). 
The tiger is called {tirxu}, but that word also covers several other 
species of large cat, but not the lion, which is in the same genus as 
the tiger. What word covers just tigers?
