[lojban] How do we say "raw"?

For "I eat raw food" my first guess would be {mi citka lo nalseljukpa 
cidja}, but {jukpa} covers other methods of food preparation besides 
cooking. A fruit can be prepared by blending, for instance, and still be 
raw. So {mi citka lo na'e glaseljukpa cidja}.

Then there are raw materials. These could be selru'e, but the input of 
one process can be the output of another, so it's not necessarily raw.

So what is the word for "raw"?
