In my post, I meant fluent speaking at advanced level, i. e. speaking something comparable in complexity to usual written texts in Lojban, without mental translation from English to Lojban.

I've heard the recording of the first Story Time. Of course, your level of spoken Lojban is very high comparable to others (including me), and your experience of achieving it will be very valuable to our project. However, your level is still below the level which is the goal of ICSL.
