Interesting.  The two leading experts on that phrase, Yuck Phu and Quang Phuc dong -- of the South
hanoi Institute of Technology -- never mention that particular meaning for the expression and
fairly strongly imly that it is not a possible one.  It does also not make that sense in the
Lojban form, since masturbation is no more copulation than beating someone to a pupl is -- and
probably less so.
