What accents do the voices have? The best for Lojban, with
pure vowels and lots of fricatives, would probably be some east or central
European language. Here: <http://lingvo.org/parolu/> is a synthesizer
for Esperanto (which has almost the same phonemes as Lojban) based
on Polish phonemes.
