[lojban] Cannot login into lojban site

Can anyone (probably Robin?) help me? I cannot login to lojban web
site. When I enter my username and password, browser just returns back
to login page and nothing else happens. Password is correct - when I
deliberately enter a wrong one, site clearly says it is wrong.

And a second question - why I cannot subscribe to lojban-beginners
list? When I try to subscribe using webform, browser just waits for an
answer infinitely. In contrast, I have successfully subscribed to
*this* list using the same form.
