[lojban] grammar selbri places

I'm trying to get my parser to recognize selbri places so I can gloss
them like jboski does. I don't think the grammar currently figures out
which places the various terms fit. (I'm not sure it could
gracefully.) So should I do this myself? If so, will handling SE, FA,
CO, and modals be enough?
