[lojban] status of BPFK changes



There are many items in CLL that are contradicted by proposed BPFK
changes. I'm considering doing some of my own curriculum-type
material, and I'm wondering how I should handle these areas of
contention. Should I simply include the changes in the material while
noting their non-finalized status? Should I worry about things that
have/haven't been put to vote?

I'm leaning towards not describing the old meanings, but simply
putting a note about there having been BPFK changes.
