[lojban] Re: lojban.org + BigBlueButton
Not such a big problem, no different than IRC anyway. ;)
First of all, you can schedule meetings or seminars in advance on the
website, as events. Second, if one is on IRC they can always say "Hey,
I'd like to do a little session on (topic), who's in? Meet me at this
address." or if someone asks a question where video, desktop sharing,
or a whiteboard would help, they can just move on over. Some people
might even just want to stay on there like they do IRC, and check
occasionally for others. It might even be useful for more official
meetings, like for the BPFK.
Seeing this made me think of some of the videos on youtube I've seen
of people giving little lessons in lojban and wondering if some
interactivity might help in some cases, like hearing something
pronounced in addition to seeing it spelled... that sort of thing.
Anyway, just an idea. :)
