Who wants a parser?

I temporarily have the source code of the latest Lojban parser, plus the
MS-DOS executable, here on-line at snark.  Any of you who wants it and
is willing to shake it out should ask.  This is 2;0;30, so it supports
stuff that is not yet publicized.  It includes the latest 'techfix.230'
that explains all the little wrinkles.

Please tell me whether you want source, MS-DOS .exe, or both.
