lujvo in JL18

Jl18 is approximately done, and runs a long 90 pages, since
I am cutting off work as of tomorrow to get the dictionary moving.

Texts include Colin's Princess, editor de jour Nick (whose comments
probably warranted correcting, but I just put them in JL)
and 3 pieces by Nick that all badly needed an editor de jour.  Two
failed to parse and 1 had two nonexistent gismu (the parse errors were easy
to correct, but they should have been corrected before I got to the text)
Nick's coffeehouse piece was, I suspect, too stylistically complex even
for his Lojban skills.  There was little I could do to improve it, and
that ain't my job any more, so I just did my best at formatting it.  I
wasn;t happy with the result, as is evident in my commentary.  I'll send
both texts to all 3 of you, and this message includes a complete list of all
lujvo I located in the issue, and my manually remade forms for each based
on the new rafsi (Nora has a program mostly done to do auto replacement, but
hasn't tested it.)
