I may actually get mailing labels printed today, but noticed in passing
that you are about the only JL subscriber that hasn't given me a subscription
request, and who I also expect probably intends to (there are a few people
with positive balances that we haven't heard from in a couple of years that
are leaching away a positive balance at an unnecessarily high rate).

All I need is an email statement actually requesting JL subscriotion, with
name, date, address, and signature sufficient to contact you in verification.
If you sent one that I've misplaced, and can give me details, that is fine,
especially if it was snail mail, but a new one is better, in any case.
