Lujvo progress report

I've just completed reviewing the current jvoste; there are now 1684 lujvo
in it. I will now proceed with the following:

1) Looking for the new lujvo you've sent me in context, and adding them;
2) Sorting through the recent lujvo discussions on the list (which postdate
the lujvo you've sent me), and adding in those;
3) Revising the lujvo paper.
