The artificial language Lojban has  such a term for

"ternrorci" is the word (probably never used before, but clearly and
previously defined with the meaning you seek).

Lojban uses a predicate grammar, and the root word "rorci" expresses a 3 part
relation between
x1 a progenitor (biological parent of unspecified gender)
x2 biological offspring (unspecified gender and number)
x3 a "co-progenitor" (the other biological parent)

the x3 argument may be given focus by use of the particle "te"
(i.e. "te rorci"), and this forms the single word "ternrorci" algorithmoically
for such a simple and straightforward manipulation of the arguments.

Of course "rorci" itself refers to such a co-progenitor, if you yourself
are the x3 co-progenitor.  "lemi rorci" = "my co-progenitor" would be
semantically ambiguous without context as to whether it referred to a
one's biological parent or bilogical co-parent - though the former would
probably be the norm.  You could be unambiguous with the phrase
"le rorci be fi mi" = (the person who shares co-progenitorship with me).

Of course, you may not be interested in an artificial language solution to the
