We have taken credit cards in the past, though I haven't done a credit card
order in a couple of years and the rules may have changed - this should be no
problem.

In addition, we have a special arrangement with Thomas Cook Ltd. such that they
charge us only US$3.50 to process most any cheques drawn on a foreign
account in a country they do business in (which are most countries), and
on an order of $30 or more this is a rather minimal bank charge compared to
what I understand to be the norm.
