Yes, for gerku. How do you specify a breed of dog?

I want an example, or possibly several, for every gismu except those with
only one place, and also examples for every cmavo. Let's do them separately
from the dictionary, since we will have to argue about the examples for a
while. We will need to have a separate argument about lujvo.
