Since the book is a quality hardbound, in single color (red) and gold foil,
we cannot put any significant text on the cover (other than normal title stuff).
We can't put an order form in, since it would be talking about packages and
stuff that are (hopefully) hopefully going to be obsolete long before the book
is obsolete.

There is a reference to the Web page on the copyright page.  I can discuss
with Cowan whether there is anything else of a soliciting nature that can
reasonably be put on that page.
