Not to my knowledge, though coincidentally I had coffee this morning 
with someone doing his thesis on the German accent (when speaking 
English),

But there is no native Lojban accent. More generally, there is no 
Lojban accent: that is, it's not possible to say to someone "You have 
a good/bad accent when you speak Lojban".
