Accent

When talking about accent, some are mixing two things. In lojban, there
is a stress on the next-to-the-last syllable; in English too, there is a
stress in words, on different syllables (and non-native speakers of
English have to learn them by heart). The emotional accent is something
different, and I thought lojbanists worked out the attitudinals to get a
neutral way to express emotions.
