First, you may try to find the textbooks about translation theories.
The seems to be necessary since you may encounter many many problems
when trying to construct a good translation, i.e. be honesty to the
original meanings, be influent in Hebrew, and be literature. You can
just reach one or two of the three principles. Then you would have to
write some cross-reference table for nouns and idioms. You should
understand what you're translating (that's why my Brochure isn't
completed yet: I'm not good in Lojban to translation honestly the
text). Purchase the book is okay, check up http://www.lojban.org

BTW, is there any chance to get a complete and latest version of
"Reference Grammar" online? .doc or PS format is okay. The homepage
declares that there are some errata and lots of typos (English typos
are okay, however0) in the current online Reference Grammar. And I hope
if I can print one by myself, since 39 USD is a bit expensive to me
(exclusive of mailing cost!)
