In my opinion, the /o/ and /a/ are not correct. 

/o/ awful, portion, or, gnaw

/a/ is the sound you'll hear me saying in "top" and "father" when you get
access to a sound card; the "a" in the Spanish "manana"; what you list
here as /o/.
