I think every time I've seen {natfe} in use it has
been with the meaning "person x1 denies that
x2 is true about x3", never with its definitional
meaning "x1is the negation of x2", probably
because the keyword "deny" is very misleading.
{krinatfe} cannot mean "cynic" if {natfe} retains
its intended meaning, but who knows, maybe
the keyword will win.
Other suggestions for "cynic": {kamvu'esenpi} ,
{xaursenpi}.
