Beginners course update

Thanks to all who offered suggestions and corrections.  I've
revised the first three lessons taking into account what people
have said.  If you suggested something and I haven't included it'
it's either because

(a) I don't agree
(b) I've lost your e-mail, or
(c) I'm still thinking about it (this applies to pc's comments in
particular!).

There is now a contents page at
http://www.bilkent.edu.tr/~robin/lojbancourse.html but it only
links to the revised lessons, since I wouldn't want to inflict my
dubious uncorrected Lojban on unsuspecting newbies.  You can
still look at the draft lessons by typing in the URL e.g.
http://www.bilkent.edu.tr/~robin/lesson6.html .
I haven't had time to write anything new, except for an
introduction which explains basic terms and gives a few links, or
even repair the broken Lesson 5 yet, due to end of term stress
and setting up my Linux box (that reminds me - .e'o can whoever
sent me a file called lojbandict.tar try sending it again - now
I've got Linux I can use it, but it seems to be broken and won't
untar).
