Actually, {ka} can follow {la}. Anything that can follow {le}
can also follow {la}. The problem there is that {binoc}
is not a selbri, and thus it can´t follow {ka}. You could use, for
example, {la ka me la biNOC} as a name.

But you don't want the name "Binocheness", you want
the property, {le ka me la biNOC}.
