[lojban] repeating decimals

Use ra'e, as in ex. 3.5, p. 433, in the Red Book:

pi ci mu ra'e pa vo re bi mu ze
.35142857142857...  ( or 2.46/7 or 123/350)
[or .35 ra'e 142857]
So, your example of 0.3333333... would be no pi ra'e ci
